Welcome to IndexTTS2. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IndexTTS2, including the text-to-speech APIs, dashboard, content generation interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Access

You must create an account and provide accurate information to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Plans and Payments

The Free plan allows limited usage after sign-in (20,000 characters/month, 3 custom voices). The Pro plan is a paid subscription that enables extended character limits (1,000,000 characters/month), 20 custom voices, commercial usage rights, and priority generation. Fees are charged according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

• Obtain explicit, verifiable consent before cloning any voice.
• Do not deploy generated audio to impersonate individuals or mislead audiences.
• Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and disclosure requirements when publishing synthetic media.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content.

4. Intellectual Property

IndexTTS2 and its models, interfaces, and documentation are owned by IndexTeam. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use generated outputs in accordance with these Terms. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect account and usage information to operate the Service. Audio uploads and text prompts may be processed to improve safety systems. For more information, review our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated audio will meet your timing or quality expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndexTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
